Question: What are some pros and cons of online shopping?

I think some cons would be if something isn't your size, it will be a pain in the ass to return/ exchange it. Can u guys gimme some pros and cons of online shopping?

Cons Fake websites Bad return policies Online retailers that do not disclose that they sell fakes of factory variants. Identity theft Lost orders Shipping in general (I hate $9 shipping charges) Lack of photos or video of the garment in question. Coupon codes that exclude everything (Macy's) Poor description of products No side by side comparisons of products. Poor customer service Wrong product in the box It may be tan on your screen but it will arrive and the color is dark camel. Pros The world is your mall you do no have to settle for whats available at your local retailer. Internet only pieces= rare There is always a deal somewhere if you are a smart shopper you will normally receive 65% or better off your purchase.

Pros: saves you trips to stores cons: could take weeks or longer for the item you bought to be sent

Pros: WAY more variety! :D There's so many more things online! Generally more stock than in-stores ;) You can generally find a cheap price, cheaper than in-store sometimes Online promotion codes give you free shipping, 20% discount, etc. Not in-store things Cons: Yeah, sizing Reliability if you buy from a random website you never heard of

Pros: you dont have to waste gas driving to buy something, package comes to your door, you sometimes get better discounts. Cons: shipping, clothes may not fit, clothes may look different than on the internet, you have to wait longer to get it unless you pay more.

Pros: you don't have to face the crowds, you don't have to leave home, stores sometimes have sales, stores have some things online that is online only cons: takes a while to get there, might not get there at all, shipping can cost a lot, you could become a hermit if you only do online shopping. that last one's just for fun lol

Pros: you can do it from the comfort of your own house. fast shipping. soooo many different wbesites and a wide variety. cons: lost in the mail. online theft. not being able to try the item before you buy.

PROS - you can get something people are WAY more unlikely to have - sorta like above but you can find thing you couldnt fine in your town or more color options -most of the time you dont have to pay sales tax so thats saves some money CON - you dont get it right away it takes AT least a couple days to get something and sometimes over a week -you cant try it on before buying -like above kinda but a lot of stores make you pay for shipping to return it so your out even more money(zappos has free shipping and free returs LOVE THEM) -again like above but a lot of times you do pay at least a small shipping charge on most things..and places like abercrombie have high shipping rates so it cost more

Why bother with online, have fun shopping in stores and check out girls, get fresh air and its easier to become a compulsive shopper online, caution.
