Question: Anyone know any good online shopping stores? (please read!)?

I live in Canada in a small town so I like to shop online for my clothes. With spring/ summer coming, I'm needing to find a good site to shop at. It needs to ship to Canada (preferably for free!) and it can't be too expensive - my limit is 200 to 300 dollars. I already know of Forever 21, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Urban Outfitters, American Eagle, Pacsun, Abercrombie & Fitch, Lulu's, Mango, Papaya, and Hollister. I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for on these sites, they're either too expensive or not the right style. Please help! No auction/ used sites.

Topshop or some british stores maybe like river island/ next/ dorothy perkins?
