Question: Questions about shopping online? will i get my shirt?

A couple of hours ago I got online and used a gift card to order a shirt. Well, now I went to look at it again and the shirt says "SOLD OUT " My question is, will I still get my shirt? Because it didn't say sold out when I ordered it, and I got the email saying that they got my order. Also, if I don't get the shirt, what are they gonna do with my money? Will it go back on the gift card, or will it be gone forever? Thanks!

Obviously you ordered it before it was sold out so you will get your shirt! dont worry. and if you dont get it whenever it says you will then you just call customer service and you can work it out easily! well hope i could help1

It would not have sold it to you, if you would not be able to get one. so yes you will get your shirt.

CHILL OUT, it was most likely sold out after you bought it. and if not, you would have gotten an e-mail from the site telling you about what happened. besides, most places don't even charge you until the item has shipped. and if worse comes to worst, you can just call customer service and everything will be ok, haha, breathe. hope i helped :)

It sounds like you got the last shirt so you should be good if not they should put the money back on your card. most places will send you an email stating when you order was shipped or they will inform you that they were sold out and your money will be refunded back on your card. If not try to find a number or a way to contact them.

As long as your transaction cleared and you received confirmation, you got the shirt before it sold out. If for some reason, it becomes unavailable, your order will be canceled, and the credit will return to your gift card.

If you ordered it before it was out of stock then obviously you were locky you will get it maybe like about 1 or 2 left before you ordered, also bear in min some stores inventory does not update automatically if it was out of stock before you ordered but says in stock maybe they just manually updated it after you ordered and they noticed it was sold out, in that case you will receive email or communication from them plaining what happened. but if you did not then wait for your shirt. good luck next time shop where i shop at shopbne.com
