It makes it much easier to browse and it's from the comfort of your home. some online shops are cheaper. some shops have things their online shops don't have. if people are concerned with that, they'll still go to those shops. nothing beats a day out at the mall sometimes just to be outside. some shops don't have online shops. online shopping may put a small dent in outside shopping, but it depends on the store.
